Returns and Refunds

The return request must be completed directly online within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Products must be sent back in exactly the same condition you received them:
not installed, not tampered with and in their original packaging.

In any case, the right of withdrawal lapses in cases where JPmania ascertains that:

the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, JPmania will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

OPENING OF THE RETURN PROCEDURES

Access your RESERVED AREA.
Access the "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" section, click and view the order for which you want to request a return
At the bottom of the page complete the form by ticking the item to be returned.
You will be able to add notes or messages regarding the order or item

RETURN METHOD

If you have decided to proceed with the replacement or total or partial refund of the order:

You will be sent a first email confirming your return request, with the associated RMA number. You will receive a second email containing the RMA document to be placed in the package.
The returned package must be sent back within 2/3 working days
Once we have received the package, it will be checked for the necessary checks (Read the top of the page carefully)
At the end of the checks you will receive a confirmation email with the authorization and the address of the warehouse to which to return the goods.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

How do I return my items?

Print the return authorization email and include it in the package together with the items to be returned.
Follow the instructions provided and attach the pre-filled label received to the package. The cost of shipping will then be deducted from your refund.
Send the package via courier or post to the address you receive in the return authorization email. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Keep the shipping receipt for your package.

REIMBURSEMENT

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, Quality Control will carry out the appropriate checks. If successful, we will send you an email confirming the return and the refund arrangement.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods via the same payment method used to confirm the order.

We also remind you that the technical time to obtain the refund depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution.

In case of "Replacement" a new order will be sent back to you.

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

In addition to the right of withdrawal, by law you are entitled to a suitable product, or what in legal terms is defined as "a product compliant with what was agreed".
JPmania is committed to providing high quality products and services. If, for some reason, you should make a complaint about a product purchased online regarding defects and/or non-conformities, please contact our Customer Care.

Please provide all necessary information, including, preferably, the order number in question and photos with labels of the product you received.
Before sending the goods we ask you to wait for a response from our Customer Care, who will handle your complaint as soon as possible.
